Contract Physical Therapist (Adult & Pediatric Home Health)

Schedule Requirements Must be available forAM, PM, and evening visits Evening availability is required to accommodateafter-school pediatric patients Service area includesEdinburg and surrounding communities Position Overview The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and agency standards. The therapist will assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and provide skilled interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
