Experienced Climber/Arborist - Crew Lead

Responsibilities Perform tree pruning, removals, stump grinding, and cabling for commercial clients Climb trees safely and efficiently using proper techniques and equipment Direct and support crew members to ensure safe and effective field operations Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and clients Participate in ongoing training, safety meetings, and shop maintenance, especially during slower winter months Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in tree care, including climbing Valid driver's license Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Desire to learn, grow, and achieve within the arboriculture field ISA Certification is a plus Compensation $25.00 – $35.00 per hour , paid weekly. Full-time position.
