Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care in a compassionate environment. Key Responsibilities Follow physician’s orders, regulations, and facility policies to ensure safe patient care. Administer medications via oral, SQ, IM, or IV methods as prescribed. Supervise and guide nursing assistants and orderlies. Assist physicians during rounds, physical exams, and treatments. Perform scheduled treatments, document care, and maintain infection control standards. Support compliance with cleanliness, infection control, and safety protocols. Assist with record-keeping, assessments, and coordination of patient admissions and physicals. Qualifications & Skills Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid RN license. Current North Carolina nursing license and CPR certification. Ability to supervise staff, work collaboratively, and exercise sound judgment. Dependable, flexible, patient, and tactful in interactions with patients, families, and staff. Interest in geriatric nursing and commitment to quality care.
