LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – HVAC REQUIRED

EXPERIENCED LEAD TECH NEEDED – START ASAP!

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. We need a strong, hands-on technician who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the property's maintenance needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
• Lead Maintenance experience REQUIRED
• HVAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
• Experience completing work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance
• Ability to work independently and lead a maintenance team
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must be available to start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily maintenance operations and prioritize work orders
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Complete apartment make-ready/unit turns
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and other property issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Assist with training and directing maintenance team members
• Maintain common areas, grounds, equipment, and vacant units
• Communicate effectively with the property management team
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally

⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a true Lead Tech who is strong in HVAC and multifamily maintenance . This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate should be able to diagnose problems, complete repairs, lead by example, and get the job done without constant supervision.
