In-Store HVAC Lead Generator & Brand Ambassador

American Residential Services (ARS) hires In-Store Sales Representatives to engage retail shoppers and promote HVAC services, system tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions. This role adds commission to hourly pay and schedules in-home consultations or HVAC services with customers. The position supports lead-generation and brand-awareness, requires standing/walking, weekend availability, and a background check.
