About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Enablement to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy and content creation of enablement programs that cater to internal teams, implementation partners, and resellers. This includes the development of product and process training, as well as certification programs. The Head of Enablement will also work closely with the customer team to support customer enablement initiatives. The role demands a high level of engagement, from delivering live and asynchronous training to administering and upgrading the enablement tech stack. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills with an executive presence. Applicants for the Head of Enablement position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in building enablement programs within enterprise SaaS organizations. The role requires a candidate with a background in hands-on LMS administration and instructional design, particularly in the context of creating certification or competency frameworks. Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment where product and processes are constantly evolving is essential. The role also calls for a high-energy, outcome-oriented individual with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. The Head of Enablement will be expected to set and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, as well as to address any performance gaps. A key aspect of the role is to ensure compliance with the company's standards and certifications, and to support cross-functional process improvements based on enablement feedback.
