Sales Advisor - Luxury Home Goods (Duxiana)

The Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering elevated, consultative client experience while achieving individual and store sales goals in DUXIANA showroom within the expanding MadaLuxe Home division. This role serves as a brand ambassador for the showroom, developing long-term client relationships through exceptional service, product expertise, and thoughtful follow-through. The ideal candidate is polished, relationship-driven, operationally organized, and passionate about luxury retail, wellness, interior environments, and premium customer experiences. QUALIFICATIONS & AVAILABILITY 2 - 5 years of retail sales experience required; luxury retail, home furnishings, interior design, mattress, or lifestyle brand experience preferred. Proven ability to build client relationships and drive sales performance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office, email, and CRM/clienteling tools. Professional presentation, reliability, and attention to detail required at all times. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods. Flexibility to support special events, client appointments, and occasional after-hours showroom activations. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES SALES & CLIENT EXPERIENCE Deliver an elevated and personalized client experience aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning. Conduct thoughtful product consultations to understand client lifestyle, sleep preferences, wellness needs, and home environment. Build and maintain a strong client base through proactive outreach, follow‑up communication, and relationship management. Consistently achieve individual sales goals and support overall showroom performance. Maintain expert‑level product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship, customization options, lead times, delivery processes, and after‑sales support. Identify opportunities to introduce complementary products and enhance the overall client experience. Support showroom appointments, walk‑in traffic, designer relationships, and referral opportunities. CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION Provide exceptional white‑glove service before, during, and after the sale. Manage customer communication professionally and promptly via phone, email, text, and in‑person interactions. Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and hospitality with all clients. Proactively resolve customer concerns while partnering with leadership when needed. Ensure all client interactions reflect the company’s standards of service and brand presentation. OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION Accurately process sales transactions, deposits, orders, invoices, and POS functions. Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow‑up activity within company systems. Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, shipping/receiving, and stock organization. Follow all company procedures related to order management, returns, exchanges, and customer service. Support operational accuracy across inventory, ticketing, pricing, packaging, and delivery coordination. Assist Store Manager with administrative projects and daily operational needs as assigned. SHOWROOM & VISUAL STANDARDS Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and cleanliness standards at all times. Support visual merchandising standards and overall brand presentation.
