Senior Manager Digital Governance

Leading regulatory and compliance enablement initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager Digital Governance will design and execute capabilities to meet cybersecurity, data integrity, and financial control obligations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of compliance initiatives, translating regulatory requirements into actionable plans Lead cross-functional execution of compliance and governance initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders Drive the design and implementation of monitoring and reporting practices to enhance compliance visibility and performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, governance, or compliance roles Experience leading cross-functional compliance initiatives and teams Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF and SOX Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes and performance indicators
