Bernard Care Center LLC is a 141 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in St. Louis, MO that has immediate openings

We are currently seeking an LPN. This position could be full-time or PRN working 12-hour shifts.

$10,000 sign-on bonus

• Support residents and team.

• Assist with daily operations.

• Maintain safety and quality standards.

Licensure/Certification:

• LPN

Successful applicants must have an unencumbered LPN Missouri license and provide a good work effort, a team approach and excellent quality of care. Shifts are currently 12 hours and are available on both the Day and Evening.
