Elite Home Health, LLC is a growing home health care agency located in Bedford, IN. We are seeking to hire a dedicated scheduler to join our team! You will be responsible for essential coordination tasks as it relates to caregiver and nurse scheduling.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Filling unassigned and/or called off shifts
• Building future caregiver schedules for authorization periods spanning from 9 weeks up to 6 months
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
• Liaison between nursing staff, patients, and caregiver when scheduling patient initial evaluation, admission, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring field staff complete visit notes timely
• Maintain and update Master Schedule in Excel
• Required to review and correct all scheduled shifts weekly to ensure accuracy for billing and payroll

Qualifications/Skills:

• Must perform and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently and work well under pressure
• High School diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a medical office environment
• Minimum of one (1) year experience with medical scheduling
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Have critical thinking skills
• Ability to problem solve effectively
• Great communication and confidentiality
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
