POSITION PURPOSE:
The Service Team Member ensures Best in Class customer service from start to finish. Responsibilities include helping prepare delicious food maintaining cleanliness greeting/helping customers with their orders processing orders efficiently suggestive selling handling payment/cash transactions accurately and professionally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals maintain a positive work environment and uphold company standards.
- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures. May include but not limited to the preparation/assembly of various menu items shredding chicken preparing salsa/dressing and condiment packing.
- Process and assemble customer orders efficiently ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
Education/Work Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
