Insurance Business Analyst (Commercial P&C / Guidewire)

Insurance Business Analyst (Commercial P&C | Guidewire PolicyCenter) We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Analyst to support Guidewire PolicyCenter enhancements, production support, defect analysis, and business requirements for Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance applications. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, development, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Strong experience with Policy Administration Systems Experience gathering and documenting Business & Functional Requirements Hands‑on experience with User Stories, UAT, SDLC, and Agile methodologies Experience analyzing defects, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills ISO & AAIS Commercial Lines Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, General Liability, Property, Package, Inland Marine Experience integrating with external systems Process Mapping & Business Process Improvement SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Excel Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Analyze production issues and identify root causes. Translate business needs into functional requirements. Work closely with business users, developers, and QA teams.
