About The Team The Consumer & Developer Experience (CDX) organization builds the foundational technologies that power our end‑to‑end customer journey. Within this organization, our Marketing, Messaging & Personalization team owns the core, cross‑cutting capabilities that intelligently drive and optimize every individual customer interaction. Alongside them, the Experience Platforms team ensures the absolute quality, consistency, and analytical depth of our customer‑facing digital channels and communication delivery systems. Together, these teams fuse advanced data, AI, and robust front‑end engineering to deliver seamless digital experiences. Compensation and Benefits The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed‑upon number of hours to be regularly worked: Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management San Francisco, CA: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
