Assembler

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Are you someone who enjoys building things, working with your hands, and seeing a finished product come together? We are looking for motivated Assemblers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with assembly manufacturing or construction experience who take pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

• Assemble metal components and subassemblies into finished products
• Read blueprints, diagrams, work instructions, and parts lists
• Gather materials, tools, and components needed for each build
• Measure and position parts accurately using tape measures and templates
• Use hand and power tools to assemble products safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and specification requirements are met
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report repair needs when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Experience with assembly manufacturing, carpentry, or construction
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to producing high-quality work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Previous assembly experience
• Experience working from templates and detailed measurements
• Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance knowledge
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment

This position is based in a woodworking, metal and manufacturing environment where you'll use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to assemble quality products. The workplace emphasizes safety, organization, teamwork, and craftsmanship while providing employees with the tools and training needed to succeed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnton, NC.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
