Full-time, part-time, and per diem PT openings in Worcester!

As a Physical Therapist at Worcester Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload. We offer competitive and weekly pay, up to $55 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus available. Responsibilities

• Screens patients/residents and evaluates them to develop appropriate care plans
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with established plans of care
• Contributes to the team meeting and decision-making process
• Consults with and trains patients, residents, and caregivers
• Documents activities according to our clinical documentation system
• Demonstrates knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
• Communicates effectively with patients, residents, team members, customers, and supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Must possess an active and unencumbered PT license in Massachusetts
• Newly licensed therapists welcome to apply!
