RN - Cath Lab Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:00 - 16:30 Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: 2+ years License: RN Certifications: RN, RRT or RCIS Must-Have Skills/Experience:Diagnostic and interventional procedures Description:IR experience required.Occasional IR procedures include vascular embolization, ports, vascular stenting, and nephrostomy tube placements.The unit profile consists of a Cath Lab with 90 beds.Patient ratios maintain quality care standards.Equipment includes GE for fluoroscopy and a transition to a new system for hemodynamics.The electronic health record system in use is Cerner.The patient population includes adults.The work environment promotes a team-oriented atmosphere.Required skill set includes knowledge of manifold, IVUS, FFR, IVL, IMPELLA, IABP, and pre/post unit care.Common diagnoses and treatments focus on CAD (coronary artery disease). #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
