Physical Therapist - PrnCommuniCare Rehab, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies has a PRN opening for a Physical Therapist (PT) at Forest Hills Healthcare Center, where our therapists are In-House Team Members. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact with our residents through therapy.
