Compensation:

$116,000 at plan yearly Responsibilities:

Develop personalized financial plans that align with clients' goals and risk tolerance. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to identify opportunities for growth. Educate clients on financial products and services, ensuring they understand their options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice. Utilize company resources and tools to enhance client service and achieve sales targets. Qualifications:

Experience in financial planning or a related field, with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner, fostering trust and understanding. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor. Strong analytical skills to assess clients' financial situations and identify opportunities for growth and protection. Ability to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring clients receive the most current advice. Proficiency in using financial planning tools and resources to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success.
