You're the mentor, the problem-solver, and the standard-bearer for the Hash Kitchen experience.Oversee daily execution of Hash Kitchen brand and service standardsServe as the primary point of contact for guest service and satisfactionEnsure food quality, preparation, and safety procedures meet Hash Kitchen standardsIdentify hiring needs and manage the full recruiting and onboarding processComplete new hire paperwork and onboarding within required timelinesTrain and coach team members on policies, procedures, and service expectations; provide one-on-one mentoring and manage performance documentation as neededMaintain strong working knowledge of all menu itemsLead monthly team meetings to align staff on goals and standardsMonitor daily and weekly sales, labor, and cost control figures to drive profitabilityMaintain proper food rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation proceduresManage ordering of food, paper goods, chemicals, and other suppliesTrack and organize invoices and store financial recordsBuild weekly staff schedules based on forecasted business needsEnsure full team compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and security standardsProvide weekly performance updates to the District ManagerWho We Are:At Hash Kitchen, we're all about bringing people together over great breakfast and lunch.
