Finance Supervisor, Tariffs

Responsibilities Lead the review, approval, and tracking of complex tariff-related supplier claims and credits Perform in-depth analysis and reconciliation while ensuring policy and regulatory adherence Establish and refine processes for managing tariff accruals, payments, and credit recovery Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, legal, and accounting Ensure the integrity of tariff-related financial reporting, including preparing accruals and explaining financial impacts Forecast future tariff impacts and accruals and provide strategic leadership on potential changes Partner with operating teams and participate in daily governance Align compliance efforts with suppliers to mitigate tariff impacts Perform financial analysis and lead projects on tariff impacts, trends, mitigation strategies, and opportunities Guide strategic discussions with senior stakeholders on financial implications Lead teams and challenge the status quo through innovative solutions to tariff and trade challenges Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business-centered degree 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, trade compliance, or a related commercial role Experience leading a team Experience with Power BI, Power Applications, and AI tools Experience in international trade, customs, or supply chain finance Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage Legally authorized to work in the United States Visa sponsorship is not available for this position Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, tariff management, and compliance within international trade, while effectively leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and innovative solutions.
