Trusty Stewards is launching a new residential home care company serving Briar Chapel and Chatham Park, and we’re building our founding team. No professional home care experience? That’s okay. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. What You’ll Do As a Steward, you’ll work alongside an experienced Lead Steward caring for 4–5 homes each day in nearby neighborhoods. You’ll: Help care for beautiful homes with attention to detail Learn professional residential home care techniques through paid training Work as part of a two-person team Help create an exceptional experience for every homeowner Learn our standards and prepare for advancement into a Lead Steward role Every Steward receives paid training before working independently and ongoing coaching as you grow. What We’re Looking For We’re hiring for character as much as experience. You’ll thrive here if you are: Reliable—you show up when you say you will. Detail-oriented—you notice what others miss. Honest—you own mistakes and communicate openly. Eager to learn and grow. Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and sustained movement. A supportive teammate who enjoys helping others succeed. At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. No residential cleaning experience is required. We’ll provide the training…we’re looking for the right person.
