Responsibilities
- Perform assigned laboratory analyses and report results according to department procedures and regulations
- Maintain quality control processes and document QC results accurately
- Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment according to manufacturer instructions and schedule
- Correlate laboratory results with clinical findings through chart review and consultation with nursing and medical staff
- Perform receptionist and phlebotomy tasks as part of routine duties
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care

Requirements
- Ability to perform laboratory analyses and report results per department procedures
- Experience maintaining quality control and ensuring equipment functioning per schedule
- Aptitude for chart review and collaboration with nursing/medical staff to correlate results
- Willingness to perform receptionist/phlebotomy tasks as needed
- Ability to work in a regulated clinical laboratory setting within Vermont
- Rotating shift availability to cover 3x12-hour shifts weekly
