Feeder Catcher

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Feeder Catcher to join their team. As a Feeder Catcher, you will be an integral part of the production department, supporting operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Feeder Catcher

Location: Marion, NC

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50/hour

Shift: 1st and 2nd 

What's the Job?

• Inspect cartons for defects and packs out product for shipping
• Verifies case label information and case count
• Responsible for pulling samples for quality audit inspections 
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
• Support team members to meet production goals efficiently and safely

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must pass color blindness test, good vision a must
• HSD/GED required
