Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience working within K-12 school settings preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, administrators, and parents
• Understanding of special education law, IEP processes, and student advocacy

Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
• Facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP development
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
• Provide consultation and support to teachers regarding academic and behavioral interventions
• Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and support for students in need
• Engage with families and community agencies to promote student success
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation according to school and state standards
• Contribute to data-driven decisions for school-wide programs and initiatives
