Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience working within K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, intervention development, and progress monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, administrators, and parents
- Understanding of special education law, IEP processes, and student advocacy
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
- Facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP development
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Provide consultation and support to teachers regarding academic and behavioral interventions
- Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and support for students in need
- Engage with families and community agencies to promote student success
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation according to school and state standards
- Contribute to data-driven decisions for school-wide programs and initiatives
