Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Carbondale Walk-In Clinic. The role focuses on patient monitoring, basic care, and accurate updating of patient records, with a on-site schedule of 4 x10’s and rotating Saturdays.

Qualified candidates hold an LPN license in Pennsylvania, will perform charting, assist physicians, and conduct procedures such as venipuncture and specimen collection, while upholding patient rights and safety standards.
