Our Pre‑Suit Attorney makes mission critical decisions for the firm and plays a significant role in our success. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day handling of allpre‑litigation work Complete the Flip‑to‑Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre‑litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval process Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases primarily motor vehicle cases. Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association Personal injury experience preferred Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑lit cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills This role reports to the Pre‑Suit Operations Manager.
