Game Engineering Director

Leading a technology organization focused on innovative game experiences, the full-time remote Game Engineering Director will hire and manage a team of engineers, develop technology strategies, and collaborate with project leadership to deliver and maintain live production game services. Key responsibilities Collaborate with project leadership to develop and maintain a product technology strategy aligned with project goals Direct the engineering organization to solve complex problems using innovative technologies while managing risks Recruit and nurture a diverse engineering team, providing support and guidance to senior engineering leads Required qualifications Experience managing an organization of 20+ engineers on AAA game engineering teams Experience with developing and running online games in a live service environment Ability to translate strategic goals into technology solutions while understanding cost and quality tradeoffs Proficiency in communicating with diverse stakeholders to align objectives and negotiate goals Experience working with co-development engineering teams
