DAY-TO-DAY

This admin position enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm . As a Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant, you play an important support role in our office. Our accounting and sales departments rely on you to perform a variety of tasks that help them effectively do their jobs. To that end, you use your keen attention to detail to accurately enter sales data, update our accounting records, and keep our customer relationship management (CRM) database current. On a daily basis, you process the mail, handle deposits, and follow up on leads. A team player, you have a knack for seeing what needs to be done and doing it without pause. In short, you are invaluable to our office and one of the reasons it runs as smoothly as it does. You love knowing you play such a huge part in our success!
