Digital Designer Full Time Regular Danvers, MA, US 8 days ago Requisition ID: 1058 Salary Range: $62,700.00 To $97,200.00 Annually We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to develop engaging, high-impact digital experiences that support our brand, email marketing, paid media, and integrated marketing initiatives. This role combines strong visual design skills with hands‑on experience creating responsive HTML email campaigns and digital creative across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and technically capable, with a strong eye for brand consistency, typography, layout, and digital user experience. Responsibilities: Create high-impact, branded email designs and supporting digital graphics Design digital creative for paid media and integrated marketing campaigns Build and optimize responsive email files Process & Schedules: Adhere to schedules and ensure all deadlines are met Partner with marketing and creative teams to transform strategy into visual assets on tight timelines Manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail Use AI-assisted design tools to improve workflow efficiency Continually seek opportunities to improve workflow and find efficiencies Knowledge & Skills: Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Proficient understanding of Klaviyo email platform Ability to work quickly and pivot based on feedback Strategic interpretation of creative briefs Understanding of email accessibility standards and cross-client testing Required Education & Experience: Bachelor degree in Arts or Design. 3-5 years of professional digital design experience Strong background in performance-driven creative (marketing and media design) Proven track record of designing high-performing social media creative and conversion-oriented emails Experience supporting large or well-known brands with complex brand systems Other: Applications must include a link to a digital portfolio or a PDF of recent work.
