If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Director, SAP Finance Architect - Oil & Gas to join our Advisory Services practice.Responsibilities: Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of advisory engagements, specific to SAP Finance and Controlling (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, and more), for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviewsLead SAP business processes mapping as a Solution Architect within the Oil & Gas industryEvaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business cycleIdentify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnelAssist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposalsSupervise and provide performance management for IT advisory staff working on assigned engagementsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications: Minimum eight years of recent experience with SAP applications related work, including at least one full lifecycle SAP FICO implementationBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field Familiarity with Oil and Gas industry and business processes is required Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and deliveryExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to create and sustain meaningful client relationshipsStrong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to write at a publication quality level in order to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's senior management teamWillingess to travel as neededMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
