House Supervisor - Night Shift

Location: Arcata, CA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced House Supervisor for a night shift position. This role involves overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and managing hospital operations during the night hours.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising nursing staff and delegating tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Managing emergency situations effectively.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure patient care is delivered efficiently.
• Conducting regular rounds to monitor patient conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• NRP certification preferred.
• Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract starting date.
