We are currently seeking a Data Engineer Advisor to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

• Modeling Tools & Software : Erwin Data Modeler • Idera ER/Studio • Hackolade • SAP PowerDesigner • Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler
• Cloud & Big Data Platforms : Snowflake • Databricks (Delta Lake) • Azure Synapse • Azure Data Factory • AWS Redshift • AWS Glue • Google Cloud BigQuery
• Database Management Systems (DBMS) : PostgreSQL • Oracle DB • SQL Server • MongoDB • Cassandra • DynamoDB • Neo4j
• Languages & Querying : Expert SQL (DDL, DML) • PL/SQL • T-SQL • Python • Scala

Required Technical Skills & Competencies

• Modeling Tool Proficiency : Hands-on mastery of enterprise tools like Erwin Data Modeler, ER/Studio, or Hackolade.
• Database Architectures : Advanced hands-on experience spanning both relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL environments.
• Querying & Scripting : Expert-level SQL composition capabilities for structural validation and analytical profiling.
• Structured Formats : Deep familiarity managing nested structures, including JSON, XML, and Copybook schemas.
• Domain Expertise : Deep, specific knowledge of industry-relevant transaction types, field components, and regulatory guidelines for Banking

Qualifications & Experience

• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Professional Experience : 6+ years of dedicated experience functioning as a Data Modeler or Enterprise Data Architect within complex transaction-heavy business environments.
• Cloud Architecture : Demonstrated experience designing data structures native to modern cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure Synapse/Data Lake, AWS Redshift, or Snowflake).
