BCBA-led organization with a collaborative leadership team Leadership opportunity with mentorship and growth potential Manageable caseloads with administrative and clinical support Flexible scheduling with hybrid/remote supervision options Opportunity to mentor Supervisors, BIs, and newer clinicians Ethical, family-centered, and clinically driven approach to care Supportive culture focused on clinician success and work-life balance What You’ll Do Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to Supervisors, BCBAs, and Behavior Interventionists Oversee and support ABA treatment planning, program modifications, and clinical decision‑making Conduct and review Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans Support quality assurance initiatives and maintain high clinical standards across cases Assist with staff development, training, and ongoing clinical guidance Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Review clinical documentation, reports, and billing requirements for accuracy and compliance Address clinical concerns and provide problem‑solving support to team members Participate in leadership meetings, clinical trainings, and professional development initiatives Promote strong communication, accountability, and positive team culture throughout the organization Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field Strong background in ABA clinical supervision and case management Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred, but not required Experience with data collection systems, treatment planning platforms, and report writing Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Must pass a background check and provide TB clearance Reliable transportation with valid proof of insurance Perks and Benefits Highly competitive compensation (DOE)- Hourly and Salary opportunities available Hybrid remote work option Career advancement opportunities Medical and Dental insurance Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Phone reimbursement Flexible work schedule Paid vacation and sick time Paid training Professional development opportunities Continuing Education Unit (CEU) reimbursement Company provided laptop Employee referral program Collaborative and supportive company culture Our Culture At ABTC, we believe strong clinical outcomes begin with supported clinicians.
