As a GALLS Store Manager , you will embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career journey. Through effective leadership at one of our 60+ stores, you will lead the team and make an impact. In addition to leading the store team, the Store Manager is responsible for the store's P&L and driving revenue growth, market growth, and market share through partnerships with Sales, Operations, and Production. What you'll do Lead and develop the store's staff, typically 6-12 employees, with annual revenue between $1- $3 million Effectively manage both Front of House (Sales) and Back of House (Tailoring/Warehouse) operations Work cross-functionally with other departments at GALLS to develop and implement effective operational strategies Collaborate regularly with Sales to ensure the store exceeds customers' expectations Responsible for exceeding sales, margin, profitability, and operational goals Provide an annual sales and operations plan while also providing quarterly updates, revisions, and modifications to the plan Assist in the selection, evaluation, and development of team members Other duties assigned as business dictates What you bring Proven ability to manage all aspects of a retail operation General Manager or Store Manager experience required Business and financial acumen, with a proven track record of managing store profitability Technically savvy, with the ability to learn new systems, including proprietary systems Customer-focused, with unwavering dedication to clients Market and/or industry knowledge preferred (previous Public Safety experience) What you send our way Your resume, highlighting your education, experience, and skills What we offer Excellent medical/dental and vision coverage-Eligible 1st day of the month after start date 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution (because you will retire someday) Flexible benefits-choose what you like, ignore the rest Generous employee discount Vacation and Personal Time Paid Holidays Tuition reimbursement Daily Pay: up to 50% of your pay EOE/Disability/Vets #J-18808-Ljbffr
