Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures with precision and adherence to established protocols.
- Maintain sterile technique during interventional procedures and assist with scrub duties.
- Respond promptly to on-call obligations within 30 minutes to ensure effective patient care during emergencies.
- Demonstrate versatility by joining emergency teams during critical events, showcasing a commitment to patient safety and support.
- Utilize and maintain the latest imaging and procedural equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Document procedures, maintain patient records, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Valid certification in Interventional Radiology, ARRT R, and ARRT VI preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in interventional radiology, with travel experience preferred.
- Proficiency in neuro and scrub experience for candidates with less than 2 years’ experience.
- Familiarity with Epic charting system and procedural documentation.
- Must hold a Compact RN license or LA state license upon submission.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required; additional certifications in CPI and AHA preferred.
