JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified by American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), American Board of Medical Specialties (EM, FM, IM)
Licenses: Active unrestricted TN Medical license
DEA / CDS: Active DEA with TN address along with schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4 & 5
Certifications: ACLS required
Experience: Graduate from an accredited 4 year medical school (MD) or an accredited Osteopathic school (DO) followed by Residency Training (3 years). ECFMG Required for foreign graduates.
Other Qualifications: Documentation of MMR/Varicella (2) vaccines or titers, Two-Step TB Test, Case Logs for the last two years.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage for acute care and ICU patients.
Work a 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts.
Serve as the supervising physician for NPs and PAs.
Collaborate with a team of 4 MDs and 2 NPs during the day, or work independently as the night MD.
Utilize Epic EMR for all clinical documentation and patient management.
