Physical Therapist - Inpatient & Outpatient

Setting: Hospital-based inpatient and outpatient care

Schedule: Full-time | Flexible scheduling available

We're searching for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehab team in Las Vegas, Nevada . This unique role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional care in inpatient and outpatient settings, working with a wide range of patients to help them achieve their recovery goals. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations and craft personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery.
Deliver expert therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, adapting care to individual needs.
To optimize patient outcomes, work closely with an interdisciplinary team , including physicians, nurses, and other specialists.
Empower patients and their families through education on home exercise programs and ongoing care strategies.
Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment progress and update care plans promptly.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
Current or eligible Nevada PT licensure.
Demonstrated clinical reasoning, strong adaptability, and a dedication to patient-centered care.
