Maintenance Tech

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and experience working with industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on automotive manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
• Assist with equipment installation, modifications, and upgrades
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to quickly address maintenance issues

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Talladega, AL.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.50/hr.
