Financial Controller

Role Responsibilities Leading the financial operations, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and accurate reporting. Developing and maintaining financial systems, policies, and processes to support efficiency and compliance. Providing strategic financial insights to inform business decisions and drive performance. Managing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes for sustained growth. Overseeing internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards. Ideal Candidate Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant experience in financial management. Demonstrable expertise in financial reporting, controls, and team leadership. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively. Knowledge of professional services or similar sectors is desirable. Proven capability in leading process improvements and system implementations.
