Accounts Payable (AP) Accounting Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Temporary Accounts Payable (AP) Accounting Specialist to support our accounting team during a busy period. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. Key responsibilities include: Processing vendor invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently Matching purchase orders, invoices, and receipts Preparing and processing weekly check runs and ACH payments Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies Responding to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner Maintaining accurate AP records and filing systems Assisting with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable Requirements: 13 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience preferred Proficiency with accounting software, and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Compensation: $25.-$29. per hour, depending on experience.
