What You'll Do
PeopleShare | Hiring for a Healthcare Client
What You'll Do
- Process DME orders accurately and on time
- Answer insurance/benefit questions for patients & providers
- Explain out-of-pocket costs to patients
- Review medical docs for billing accuracy
- Schedule appointments and support patient needs
- Stay compliant with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations
- Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM start
- Minimum 36 hours/week
- Pay: $19-$25/hr
- 2+ years in DME/HME or similar healthcare role
- Knowledge of insurance, billing, CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS codes
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with solid computer skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Stable healthcare role
