Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts

Hours per week: 36-48 (depending on shift and acuity)

Licenses/Certs: NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency License (required)

Experience: Medical/Surgical with cardiac monitoring

Hourly Rate: $60.97

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to geriatrics
• Monitor cardiac and medical/surgical patients, managing high- and lower-acuity cases
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Follow all safety protocols and facility policies
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans
• Adapt quickly to dynamic patient needs in a rural, small-unit setting

What You Need

• Valid New Hampshire RN license (or eligibility)
• 2+ years of Medical/Surgical experience, cardiac monitoring preferred
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Strong clinical skills in acute care settings
• Flexibility to work day shifts; no schedule accommodations
• Reside more than 50 miles from facility
