Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer requests to ensure their concerns have been addressed and they feel supported.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and provide customers with the right support.
• Explain company products, services, policies, and procedures in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
• Recognize when an issue needs additional support and escalate it to the appropriate team member.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback that can help improve our services.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
