Senior Human Resource Generalist – Onsite East Longmeadow, MA, USA Join our Human Resources team as an on‑site employee and make a tangible impact on one of the world’s most recognized tools brands. The Job As a Senior Human Resource Generalist, you’ll: Provide full range of day‑to‑day HR and training support for the business unit, including staffing, employee relations, performance management, organizational & leadership development, and technical training. Implement HR and training processes and programs and provide professional services to all employees. Analyze and identify training and development needs to develop training plans, including technical and developmental curriculum for hourly and salaried employees. Design strategies to develop, implement, and maintain the organizational culture (environment, safety, leadership, teamwork, life balance). Evaluate ongoing programs to ensure relevance in business processes and employee development. Maintain and enhance relationships with workforce development partners (technical schools, community colleges, etc.). Work with HR team, employees, supervisors, and managers to resolve employee relations issues. Implement positive employee relations strategies and execute projects. Prepare reports and metrics to measure HR‑related functions such as turnover, diversity, new hires, transfers, etc. for monthly and quarterly review. Resolve and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Consult with employees to resolve benefit/payroll/LOA issues. Attend department, hourly, and salaried meetings as required. Communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully. Perform other departmental projects and tasks as assigned. The Person Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. 5 years’ experience in Human Resources (manufacturing experience strongly preferred). Experience developing, designing, and delivering training programs and curriculum. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Outstanding employee relations skills with a strong customer focus. Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proven project development and management experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to conduct meetings or presentations. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the facility. Advanced technology skills, e.g., MS Office, Workday. Benefits & Pay Competitive salary range $77,600.00 – $124,900.00 (subject to location and experience).
