Shift 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. 3 months of Epic experience is preferred. Requirements Candidates must have an Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Travel only, local not allowed. Must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Additional Details Required Skills/Experience: Neuro experience required. Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred. Unit Details: Adult and geriatric telemetry unit caring for neuro, stroke, Med/Surg, bariatric surgery, and ortho neurosurgery patients. Shift & Scheduling: RTO: 5 days or less. Every other weekend. Floating Requirements: Float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities. 5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0. 2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months.
