Lead Maintenance SupervisorUnited Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor in the Logan, WV area. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing maintenance and repairs across multiple commercial, retail, restaurant, and residential properties. The ideal candidate is a skilled maintenance professional who can troubleshoot problems, complete quality repairs, and lead a small maintenance team.Responsibilities:Perform preventative and general maintenance across multiple propertiesTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipmentMaintain and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipmentComplete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, and finish workDiagnose and respond to urgent maintenance and equipment issuesAssist with renovations, upgrades, and property improvement projectsAssign daily work and oversee a small maintenance teamInspect completed work to ensure quality standards are metTravel between properties throughout the Logan, West Logan, Holden, and Danville areasMaintain properties in a clean, safe, and professional conditionQualifications:5+ years of hands-on maintenance, construction, or facilities experienceStrong electrical troubleshooting and repair experienceCommercial refrigeration and HVAC experienceExperience with carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairsPrevious leadership or crew management experienceStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyValid driver's license and clean driving recordReliable transportation and ability to travel between locationsMust be dependable, organized, and able to prioritize emergency repairs
