Memory Training Centers of Florida is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to join our administrative team . Our Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating many aspects of the program and helping us to expand our growing practice. The primary role will include managing patient records, including scheduling patient appointments, managing patient information spreadsheets, managing patient files, as well as assisting with answering phones and general program assistance.

Candidates must be detail-oriented, project-focused, friendly and warm, and able to work independently. Experience with patient scheduling and coordination is a plus!

Memory Training Centers of Florida is a clinical practice with the mission of optimizing the quality of life for seniors in Florida. We do this through targeted interventions aimed at improving memory skills, addressing mental health needs, and developing strategies for independence. Our program is individualized for each patient and includes family, community staff, and medical professionals to ensure an effective team approach.

The current need is 20 hours per week & flexibility with mornings or afternoons.
