If you're dependable, caring, and ready to be part of a team that truly values what you do-apply today and start making a difference in the lives of seniors in our community.What You'll DoProvide hands-on care to residents, making sure they're comfortable and safe during treatmentsPerform routine check-ins and document updates accurately in patient recordsWork closely with the care team to support and carry out care plansFollow HIPAA guidelines to keep resident information private and secureKeep an eye on residents' health, noticing and reporting any changes right awayCommunicate clearly with residents and their families, helping them understand care and health needsTake part in monthly trainings to stay up to date and continue growing your skillsAbout YouCNA Certification preferred, but not requiredCurrent Food Handler's PermitCurrent CPR/BLSStrong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practicesExperience in patient service, with a focus on delivering compassionate care.Ability to lift patients or equipment as necessary while ensuring safety standards are met.
