Greystar is seeking a leasing and marketing coordinator in Dallas to drive occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases while coordinating with maintenance to ensure units are move-in ready. You will design and execute marketing activities, manage referrals and employer outreach, and leverage OneSite/Yardi to track data, occupancy, and traffic, while supporting lease renewals and resident satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
