Front Desk Coordinator

Our client, a healthcare company based in Bridgeport, is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator to support daily patient intake and front-office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling scheduling, check-in, and general administrative support for a busy outpatient practice. Greet patients and visitors upon arrival Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify insurance information and collect co-payments Answer and route incoming phone calls Maintain and update patient records in the EHR system Prepare daily schedules for clinical staff Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Keep the front office and waiting area organized Requirements
